1. About BoardingReady

BoardingReady provides record-management software for home dog boarders, licence applicants and related pet-care businesses.

2. Agreement

By creating or using an account you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and use the service for legitimate business purposes.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Customer records

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of information you enter and for the licence conditions, inspections and retention requirements that apply to your business.

6. No legal or regulatory guarantee

The service is not government-approved or council-endorsed and does not replace veterinary, legal or professional advice.

7. Consent forms

Consent links are created and shared by customers. Typed names and confirmation boxes are electronic acknowledgements within BoardingReady; they are not represented as a guaranteed formal electronic signature for every legal purpose.

8. Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, attack or probe the service, access another business’s records, distribute malware or store content unrelated to legitimate business use.

10. Intellectual property

BoardingReady software, branding and original service content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Customers retain responsibility for their own business records.

11. Trial and subscriptions

BoardingReady offers a 7-day trial. Where paid checkout is active, the price, renewal frequency and cancellation information shown at checkout apply to that subscription.

12. Suspension and termination

Accounts may be suspended for serious misuse, security threats or non-payment once billing is active, subject to applicable law and the production service terms.

13. Liability

BoardingReady is an administrative tool. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for licensing decisions, animal-care decisions, professional advice or loss caused by inaccurate customer-entered information.

14. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

15. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
